Pearson is the tide that has lifted the fortunes of sailors and non-sailors
alike. |

Through imagination, innovation
and effort, Everett Pearson transformed the boating world through his
pioneering work in composites. Indeed, these efforts have transcended
boating and are now applied to other industries as well. Today's
latest Pearson effort is fiberglass pilings, which is a direct result
of his vision. Sailors, employees, vendors and the entire community
have been the beneficiaries in innumerable ways. His vision led
to ideas and businesses that have inspired countless others in a series
of ripples that span the globe. |

Everett Pearson Education Fund
|
Proceeds of the dinner will go to
the Everett Pearson Education Fund, one of a series of named
funds established by the Center over its 17 year history, to further
the goals of the SBANE Educational Center as a not-for-profit institution
providing management education programs to entrepreneurs and small
business owners. This Fund will enable the Center to reach many more
entrepreneurs in the community and will provide recognition to our
honoree.
Contributions to the Everett Pearson Education Fund will help prepare
today's business leaders for tomorrow's challenges through development
of new programming and support for our traditional management programs, and
will provide scholarships in Everett Pearson's name. |
