| What kind of companies will my classmates be from? | Participants in the CEO Leadership program are all CEOs and come from growth-oriented, technology-based businesses who are faced with the challenge of taking their companies to the next level. |

Do I have to
"live-in"?
| In a word, yes. EMP is designed as a "live-in" program because the educational benefits increase dramatically through immersion in the program's environment. Insulation from the daily crises of hands-on management greatly enhances the program's impact. |

Will the case studies mirror my companies problems?
| Not every company will be faced with every problem described in the case materials. Classroom discussion will always reflect the areas of greatest relevance to the participants. However, even those cases with the least immediate application will enhance your ability to analyze problems and identify solutions in preparation for many unknown situations yet to come. |

| Will there be time to meet with my classmates? | Yes, this is one of the greatest benefits of EMP and great care is taken to ensure that these opportunities are maximized. In addition to meals and breaks, regular sessions are scheduled in smaller groups to prepare case materials for classroom discussion including competitive team assignments. |
