| I’m already so busy – what happens if I miss a meeting? | Consistent participation is the foundation of a productive experience. Meetings are held once a month, from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and it is essential that these meetings be given the highest priority possible. For CEO's for whom consistent participation is a problem, The CEO's Group is not a good option. |

| I’m so busy – where will I find the time to prepare for my quarterly presentation? | The role of the facilitator includes scheduling time with each CEO prior to his or her quarterly presentation. This pairing ensures that the CEO has an opportunity to make sure the company’s challenge is framed clearly and that the appropriate background information is available so that the discussion will be as productive as possible. |

| In addition to the monthly half-day meetings, how much more time should I expect to commit? | Once a quarter, you should expect to spend four hours, and perhaps more to prepare for your presentation. Remember – this is time spent focusing constructively on one of your highest priority issues! |
